Organically authentic
Our artisan bread is handmade in small batches, with challah being taken. Its sole ingredients are flour, water, and salt – not a litany of ingredients and preservatives. It is naturally fermented and leavened, breaking down starches and gluten and leaving the consumer with healthier and easier-to-digest bread. And it tastes much better than the industrial bread readily available in the supermarket.
Our coffee is sustainably and ecologically-roasted and supports local Ethiopian businesswomen.
Our sourdough whiskey chocolate chip cookies are 70 grams each, are dairy, made with free-range, organic eggs, and finished with Maldon Salt.
